4. Subscription & Payment Data

Kiara AI offers paid subscription plans. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (not directly by Kiara AI).

  • We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • We process receipt metadata and subscription status to activate, renew, or expire premium access.
  • Subscription management (renew/cancel/refund) is controlled by your App Store / Play Store account settings and store policies.
  • Transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, analytics, notifications, and email service providers.
