1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Kiara AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and device security.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Service Description
Kiara AI provides wellness-oriented features, including check-ins, insights, audio content, and AI-assisted interactions. Features may change over time.
4. No Medical Advice
Kiara AI is not a medical provider and does not offer clinical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Certain features require a paid subscription (monthly, yearly, or other plans as shown in-app).
- Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Kiara AI.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends (or as defined by the store policy).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to store rules.
- Prices may vary by region, currency, tax, promotion, and platform-specific pricing tiers.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees charged by the store platform.
6. Free Trials & Promotions
- We may offer free trials or promotional access from time to time.
- If you do not cancel before trial end, the subscription may convert into a paid plan automatically under store terms.
- Eligibility for trials/promotions may be restricted and can be withdrawn where permitted by law.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store’s refund policy.
- Where required by law, consumer rights regarding cancellation/refunds remain applicable.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with app operations.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, content, trademarks, and design, is owned by or licensed to Kiara AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required to protect users, legal interests, or system integrity.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiara AI and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your location.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
